The Right Choice
Most things work in the Army of Club Penguin, but its no secret that our mayor and governor system does not. The governors and mayors are inactive so no patrolling gets done causing our predacious servers to be left unprotected. It takes a great leader and visionary to end this monotonous cycle, and that person is myself(Ktman). I have the plans, the smarts, and the pure will power to make the Tier State I am running to create and mold the greatest it can be.
First of all, we need active patrols to keep our servers safe. Through the Gamma Brigade in which I am a General and the Elite Tier Squad which I will establish the Tier State servers would be patrolled round the clock. Another issue that must be tackled is the pure fun factor of an ACP State. Under my leadership, Tier will be holding recruiting parties and parades every week. And finally, to keep every citizen of the Tier State active, there will always be elections about issues throughout Tier and positions available for the citizens. Another example of citizen involvement would be weekly meetings on Xat in which we will all share ideas. And of course, I will always have my reports of enemy activity on my surveys on time to Jedimaster17 and Abercrombe29

This is why a vote for me in the upcoming ACP Tier State election is a vote for the better of ACP. If you want a state that is rich with democracy, fun, and safe you know who the right choice is. And if you don’t, its Ktman
